Lansia turns a 5-year Google Sheet ritual into a daily goals app — five tasks, one quiet ritual, no streaks to obsess over. Tea designed the interface in 2023, Tim shipped it to App Store and Play Store this May, vibe-coded with Claude Code in a couple of weeks.

The idea
For 5+ years we wrote our top tasks for the next day in a shared Google Sheet — 3 to 5 things, every evening. It kept us accountable, helped us fall asleep with a clear plan, and made waking up easier. We wanted the same ritual in our pocket, without the noise of a typical productivity app.
Our approach
A single rule: five goals a day, no more. No streaks to obsess over, no coach yelling at you, no subscription guilt. Just one quiet ritual that turns "I should" into "I did." A dark, calm interface; week and year heatmaps for the patterns behind your best days; a one-time purchase that unlocks it forever.
How we shipped
Tea designed Lansia in Figma in 2023. Tim picked up the implementation in 2026 and shipped iOS + Android in two weeks — vibe-coded with Claude Code, including the App Store and Play Store reviews. Proof that a good idea can sit on the shelf for years and still ship fast when the right tools meet the right intent.
